Return & Refund Policy

At JP TRAILER RENTAL AND SERVICE, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility for all our customers. Please review our return and refund policy before booking:

Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup are 50% refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are processed promptly upon approval of your cancellation request.

No-Shows & Early Returns

No-shows and early returns are not eligible for refunds, as the trailer is reserved and unavailable for other customers during the rental period.

Equipment Issues

If a trailer experiences a mechanical issue during your rental period. Contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement trailer or partial/full refund based on the downtime and circumstances.

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT / DAMAGED AND LOSS OF EQUIPMENT

Reasonable wear and tear of the Equipment shall mean only the normal deterioration of the Equipment caused by ordinary and reasonable use on a one-shift basis. The following shall not be considered reasonable wear and tear: damage resulting from any collision, overturning or improper operation, including overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of the Equipment; damage like dents, bending, tearing, staining, corrosion or misalignment to or of the Equipment or any part thereof; wear resulting from use in excess of shifts for which rented; damage caused by adverse weather conditions; and, any other damage to the Equipment which is not considered ordinary and reasonable in the equipment rental industry.
